BouMatic introduces energy saving Therma-Stor® heat recovery system
Energy saving Therma-Stor Heat Recovery System to the European dairy market.
MADISON, WISCONSIN – BouMatic, global dairy equipment and chemical manufacturer, has introduced the acclaimed energy saving Therma-Stor Heat Recovery System to the European dairy market.
“The cost of energy and how to conserve it has always been a primary concern for dairy operators worldwide and BouMatic’s Therma-Stor Heat Recovery System is their answer,” said Dennie Plomedahl, BouMatic Brand Manager. “The Therma-Stor Heat Recovery System captures heat that is naturally lost from the milk cooling process and converts it to hot water to use throughout the dairy,” Plomedahl added.
Therma-Stor Heat Recovery Systems are built to the highest manufacturing standards and use components that are resistant to corrosion for continuous trouble-free operation. The superior engineering and double-walled design helps the Therma-Stor unit stand up to the toughest dairy environment.
“The heat captured can lower operating costs up to 65 percent,” explained Plomedahl. “These significant energy savings have caught the attention of government agencies as well, many of which now offer incentives for upgrading to these energy saving installations,” he added.
Currently BouMatic is introducing several new products at major dairy and agricultural events worldwide, including the HiFlo™ Evolution Pulsator, the XcaliburTM Streamline, BouMatic’s newest rotary milking system, Activity and Feeding modules for SmartDairy® Management Systems, BouMatic’s ground-breaking modular dairy management system and new robotic systems for milking and applying teat dips
