About the Position:

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Customer service oriented
2. Bi-lingual in English and French preferred.  Other languages of interest as well.
3. Team oriented; works well with different levels of management and staff
4. Solid verbal and written communication skills
o Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
o Daily communications with customers and sales staff customers via email, faxes and phone correspondence
5. Flexible and versatile – able to work under pressure
6. Problem solver and positive attitude

Technical/Job Skill Qualifications:

The candidates must meet the following qualifications, and have demonstrated the following technical skills or job skills:

1. Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
2. Ability to demonstrate skills in Excel and ERP system preferably JD Edwards. 
3. Demonstrated excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills and ability to deal effectively with the customer. 


1. Reports to Customer Service Supervisor.
2. Work closely with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and accounting.

3. Clear credible communications to internal and external customers.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

1. Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time, speaking in front of small groups of people, extended computer use, hearing and seeing.
2. Environmental requirements include working indoors.
