Develop and execute to a global manufacturing and logistics strategy aimed at simplifying the supply chain network, improving critical customer-facing metrics, and optimizing cost.

Global Brand Manager- Service & Maintenance Program

Job Statement
This person is responsible for creating and executing the go-to-market strategy and strategic marketing plan for the BouMatic Service & Maintenance Program. Included is the gathering, translating and prioritizing of service and customer requirements, defining and communicating the program vision and working closely with all departments (Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Quality…) to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This person also ensures that the program support our overall company strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

Define, align and communicate the strategy for assigned family of products
Create and present clear and comprehensive data-based recommendations to justify changes in the go to market strategy and program
Look for new technologies and innovations and evaluate their application in assigned program
Develop tools and promotional tactics to improve dealer support of BouMatic Service & Maintenance Program
Deliver detailed marketing program support documents with prioritized features and information necessary to translate market requirements (entire customer stream) to the Sales team and distribution network
Develop “pull” marketing tactics to generate demand for the BouMatic Service & Maintenance program

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time, speaking in front of large groups of people, extended computer use, hearing and seeing.
Environmental requirements include working indoors and on dairy farms in and out of the US.
Occasional travel including overseas. Estimate travel to be once per month.

Technical/Job Skill Qualifications

The candidates must meet the following qualifications, and have demonstrated the following technical or job skills:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a marketing or business major. Strategic Marketing MBA a plus.

Job Profile
The JDE/Business Intelligence Programmer Analyst at Madison One is responsible for insuring a quality and reliable data warehouse production environment. This position is also responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting data warehouse solutions for Madison One’s business problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Works with key business partners to understand business needs and implement technical solutions;

JD EDWARDS CNC/SQL ADMINSTRATOR

Responsible for providing production support for the JD Edwards CNC infrastructure, including the Microsoft 2005 SQL Servers. This position will also be responsible for supporting several smaller SQL databases. Will perform CNC tasks, including package builds, applying ESUs, Security, etc.

Design Electronic Technician

Position Summary
To work directly with the Design Engineering staff in the design, testing, implementation and maintenance of new and existing products.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
This individual will perform tasks such as but not restricted to:

Work directly with Design Engineering staff on all facets of new and existing products.
Record test data, set-ups, observations, and other pertinent data into a lab notebook.
Work with other departments to support new and existing products.

Responsibilities
Position is responsible for monitoring supplied products, tracking supplier performance, working with suppliers on root cause analysis and determining long term solutions to prevent reoccurrences. This will include working in partnership with Suppliers and the design group to use the results of root cause analysis and improvement ideas to speed technical development of more robust products and processes. May require field investigation and supplier visits to encourage greater supplier involvement. Demand Planning Manager

The primary objective of this position is to create the unit level demand plan.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the monthly S&OP process globally.
Working with sales, marketing, and finance to create the regional unit plan and ensure alignment with the revenue outlook, large customer deals, and distributor replenishment requirements.
Managing the demand outlook to drive the targeted seasonality and on time delivery objectives, and resolve immediate demand issues to insure the demand plan supports the revenue objectives for any given period of time.
